Asheville, Walnut Cove, Biltmore Forrest and Western North Carolina’s Audio and Home Theater specialists present Cane Creek AV and Paul McGowan – PS Audio, Intl.

I know a lot of the demo songs listed below and have heard most of these enough to not want to listen to them, any further. They will sound good on almost anything and at shows, it’s obviously important that everything heard on a show audio system sounds great.

I’ve not been to an audio show for a while, but I have my own selection of songs I used to like to play at shows, when Lou at Daedalus Loudspeakers, or Emanuel Go at First Sound preamps needed some help.

Both are great guys that make great sounding products and are real gentlemen. Daedalus speakers continue to be very unique loudspeakers and are beautiful to look at, in addition to listening to them. A true heirloom product.

PS Audio’s demo music part 1

I am often asked what we use for demo music in Music Room Two. The answer is never quite the same as new ones are constantly added while the tired ones deleted and the classics maintained.

The tracks are used to evaluate equipment, changes, and software and what to play when guests arrive. The list runs the gamut from classical to electronic.

I am going to list what’s on our iPad/Mac Mini playlist right now. It’s rather long so I’ll break it into two consecutive posts.

There’s no particular order of preference here and each serves a purpose different from the others.
